Making lasting change can be challenging, but remaining stuck in patterns that limit your life goals can be even harder. I provide a safe, non-judgemental, and supportive space to help you work through challenges, build resilience, and achieve meaningful change.

As an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and trauma therapist, I work collaboratively with adults to set personalised goals and develop strategies to manage anxiety, depression, complex trauma (CPTSD), PTSD, and other mental health concerns. My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and person-centred, with a focus on safety, empowerment, and emotional regulation.

I offer a variety of counselling and therapeutic services, including:

  • EMDR Therapy – effective for trauma, PTSD, and distressing memories

  • Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT)

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) and parts work

  • Solution-Focused Therapy

  • Mindfulness and Somatic-Based Interventions

  • Flash Technique for gentle trauma processing

I also bring a somatic perspective through my training as a trauma-informed yoga teacher, helping clients connect with their bodies and regulate nervous system responses.

I have broad experience supporting adults from diverse cultural backgrounds, gender identities, and abilities, with a focus on improving mental health, wellbeing, and life functioning. My work is individualised, evidence-based, and outcome-focused, assisting clients to navigate life transitions, overcome trauma, and enhance their overall wellbeing.

I am a member of the Australian Association of Social Workers and accept NDIS, WorkSafe, TAC, Victims of Crime, GP referrals, some private health insurance, and self-referrals
