EMDR
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based psychotherapy designed to help people heal from trauma and distressing life experiences.
When a traumatic or overwhelming event occurs, the brain may not fully process the experience. As a result, reminders of the event can trigger intense emotional, physical, or psychological reactions.
EMDR is widely used to treat PTSD, anxiety, phobias, grief, and performance blocks. Many clients find that EMDR helps them feel calmer, more grounded, and freer from the impact of past experiences.
Somatic Therapy
Somatic therapy is a body-centered approach to healing that recognizes the deep connection between the mind and body. Rather than focusing only on thoughts and emotions, it helps people tune into physical sensations to process stress, trauma, and stored emotional experiences.
Somatic therapy is based on the understanding that the body holds onto unresolved experiences.
Somatic therapy can be helpful for trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic stress, and relationship challenges. By building awareness of bodily cues and strengthening self-regulation skills, clients often experience greater resilience, emotional balance, and a renewed sense of connection to themselves
Resource Therapy
Resource Therapy is a parts-based therapeutic approach that recognizes we all have different “parts” of ourselves that hold specific roles, emotions, and experiences.
This approach can be effective for trauma, anxiety, attachment issues, and self-sabotaging patterns, fostering greater integration, balance, and self-understandinge
Reviews
Amanda is amazing at what she does. She is as skilled as she is warm and caring. It was great to be able to hand over and trust her to lead me through the healing process. She has a range of tools and was thorough in keeping me on task with what we were there to do. I felt the difference from the first session and we steadily progressed each session until my PTSD symptoms were gone. Working with her was a truly valuable experience and I thoroughly recommend her
Flash Technique
The Flash Technique is a gentle, research-supported intervention designed to reduce the emotional intensity of traumatic or distressing memories—without requiring clients to fully engage with the details of the experience. Because it minimizes overwhelm, the Flash Technique can be especially helpful for highly disturbing memories, complex trauma, or clients who feel anxious about traditional trauma processing. Many people experience noticeable relief with far less emotional activation than expected.

I am beyond grateful for my therapist Amanda. She has genuinely been a lifesaver for me.
If it wasn’t for her, I don’t think I would’ve been able to continue with therapy. She has helped me find the strength to keep showing up for myself and has guided me towards wanting to better myself in ways I never thought I could.
She provides such a safe, comforting space where I feel truly heard, understood, and supported. Finding her has honestly changed my life, and I feel so lucky to have a therapist who understands me and my needs so deeply.
